    Hey Tonya. How's the diet going? I just started the liquid diet today. So far so good but I've only been awake for 3 hours...LOL. Are you flying into San Diego Sunday or Monday? I fly in Sunday and go straight to Hospital Mi for blood work, then surgery. Looking forward to meeting you and hopefully Jamie (Paradoxigal) too if she's still there. She was scheduled for yesterday. Hoping all went well for her

    I had my surgery done in Mexico. All is well and looking back 23 days ago, I'm so glad I did it. The energy is starting to come back, but it takes some time.
