    Re: Hair loss concerns

If you color at home and it's really really a concern for you, don't pull the color all the way through, just do your roots.

My hair has been a bit more brittle since surgery but I've not stopped...

    Re: Fitting in airplane seat???

On spirit when you order your tickets you can choose "Big Front Seat". They are the size of normal first class seats but you don't get any of the front seat benefits.

Behold the power of the Artichoke

So, I miss eating. No, that isn't right. I eat everything I want now, just in tiny portions and I'm good with it. I go out to dinner when asked, we go to street festivals that revolve around food...
  7. Re: Have not had the surgery yet, just want people to tell me about their experience in Mexico.

I didn't go with the same surgeon as you. I wanted to be in a hospital environment because that's how I felt more comfortable. Going to a clinic wouldn't have made me feel relaxed. =)

    That...

Re: Please help with my questions

Here is mine for yesterday. Note that I was out all day so my choices were limited. For lunch I had what I consider half a hamburger at Mcdonalds, what I do is order it, then take the bottom bun...

  13. Re: liquids after sleeve--what is best choice?

In my opinion swallowing that stuff was the worse part. =) It made me gag but I only took a couple sips. They waited a few minutes for it to start showing up then they let me sip water.

    What...

    Re: Hungry!!!

I used broths, beef broth in particular seemed to trick me into feeling better. But I also would internally chant to myself that I'm not really hungry. It's in my head, not in my body. That hunger...
