So, I miss eating. No, that isn't right. I eat everything I want now, just in tiny portions and I'm good with it. I go out to dinner when asked, we go to street festivals that revolve around food trucks and I'm good. Unlike dieting I don't deny myself, but I also don't crave like I used to either.
What I miss is bingging. I miss the comfort that I use to get from it. While on a normal day I don't think too much about it, there are times when it hits me. Enter the artichoke. It does have some protein, lots of great things in it and eventhough I'm probably only getting about 3 oz in my actual tummy it helps me assuage some of that feeling while not wreaking myself.
