Im geeling pretty good today and hope everyone else is as well.... I know emotions can vary day to day. More and more people are asking me "how much weight have you lost" ...I hate that question but it seems to come out of everyones mouth far before they say " oh you're looking really good". They want to know how much u lost , how did you lose it then decide to say " oh well you're doing good"...ugh, just dont like all the questions, people can be so judgemental that you never know what kind of reaction you will get.

Ok so I'm feeling pretty good about myself..3 months and 64lbs gone gone gone!!! Ive lost 60lbs before but slowly gained it back but this time Ive learned so much about my body and nutrition that NO WAY its coming back!! I know everyone loses differently some more than others but Im totally siked!! Its not just the pounds but inches! Best wishes to all in there personal journey!

Ive noticed that when I re-heat foods in the mircrowave they upset my stomach..its really weird. I can eat something when first cooked and save the rest for later but soon as its been re-heated in the microwave it upsets my stomach...anyone else experience this ??

So talked with my doctor about the UTI and was informed I do have some slight dehydration, good news is I dont require IV fluids. At this point I can still turn things around by increasing my water intake and staying on top of it. I admit it gets hard trying to get 64oz water plus my protein drinks. I dont seem to enjoy water the same since the surgery but Id rather push the water down my throat then have an IV.
