2 days out... still scared to 'eat'

I was recently sleeved on 5/24/11. The 1st day of the surgery was the hardest for me as I'm sure it was for many others. The 1st time I got my food tray (5/25/11 - lunch/dinner tray) I took a few sips of the broth and stopped eating. Mainly because my stomach started to hurt but I wasn't sure if it was because it was still tender from the surgery or because I was already full or even gassy.
