Hey Valerie, just seeing your message, Im doing great and i see you are too! Ive been stalled but finally got back on the low carb and im losing again. I started off in a 28 that was too tight and now im in a not tight 20, lol. not quite 18 but its coming. if you know somthin' good to eat please pass it on!

I am 13 months post op. I lost 117 lbs. I have been on a scale stand still but I am completely happy with where I am. I went from a size 22 pants to a size 8-10.

Hi Valerie, just wanted to say hi and welcome. A friend of mine had dr david and loved him! I had dr eric and he was great too! Maybe we will cross paths at one of the support meetings, if they ever fall on my days off. Hoping to see another houma sleever there as well, best wishes on your journey!
