Over eating

I am not sure if I over ate or took to big of bites! This whole new learning to eat slower and smaller amounts is hard to do some days. I am trying to drink more water or gatarade 2 . I just hate the feeling when I have to much. I feel like I can't swallow and they pain in my gut is so uncomfortable! I am 8 weeks out and been doing well. I cook meals for my family and I am in the habit of eating when foods around. I have in the past few weeks thrown food away so fast just so I don't eat it. I am
