I am so estatic with my new body! I hit my goal weight of 130 on Thanksgiving Day 2012.....And what an amazing transpiration to be Thankful for! Now I'm just working on maintaning my goal! Thanks Dr. Almanza....I owe you my life....Literally!!!!

Yay to me!!!! After what was a looooong 3 week stall and completing 8 weeks on Saturday since my surgery....I finally broke my stall! My doc prescribed me a much higher dose of Vit D and gave me a high protein , low fat and sugar diet to follow. 3 small meals was not enough and informed me to eat 5 small meals and 2 snacks. I did just that although I dont consider them meals more like 4-6 bites and I'm done....However over the weekend I broke my stall and dropped 3 pounds!!!!!! Yay to me! 2 weeks

It just amazing me that although we are all here for the same reason ( tohey are the get the extra weight off!) that some not all would not follow the instructions given by there surgeons before and after surgery. They are the LICENSED PROFESSIONALS and therefore are experienced with the advice and diet that they instruct each individual to complete. Why a person would question this helful advice is beyond me! Wow! 5 Weeks out of surgery and Im below 180!!! 32 pounds gone for good and 18 inches! Im at 178 and I have 48 more to lose. I do not regret this surgery one bit!
