Am I on track?

I am almost 9 weeks post op- I have lost 31 pounds- I have seen a lot more weight lost. My doctor told me to try and eat 3 meals a day- that is almost impossible- I find that I can only eat small portions several times a day. I don't
know if I am eating too little. Is anyone else still drinking protein shakes?
