    Hi Ken, Have not checked this site for a while and saw that you had joined. I started it but have not have much action. Looks like you have and are doing well. I had sleeve April 17/12. Feeling good. Still in the what can I eat stage, not hungry, clothes starting to fit again. I am 70 and think I am recovering well, no problems before or after. Off diabetic meds for 3 weeks, love that. Start at the Y sometime this week. Would love to hear how it went for you. Ciao and all the best Joanne
